Booking Conditions
- A non - refundable deposit of
10 percent must be paid at time of booking. We do
not guarantee the trip until the advance payment is
reached to us.
- Final payment is due 45 days
prior to departure.
- Travel insurance with unlimited
medical cover is compulsory for all trips to Nepal.
- A visa for Nepal is to be
obtained prior to departure from your home country
or can obtain in Kathamndu airport, please note your
passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months
after your return and 2 passport size picture
needed.
Cancellation Fees
If cancellation in writing is received by Langtang Ri
Trekking more than 45 days prior to departure, the
non-refundable deposit will be retained (maximum 10% of
total land price) plus any air cancellation fees that
may apply
If cancellation is received within 45 days of departure,
the following per person cancellation fees will apply:
15 - 45 days prior to departure: 25% of total price
7 - 14 days prior to departure: 35% of total price
Less than 7 days prior to departure: 50% of total price
(except for the total cost of government fees)
On departure day or later: 100% of total price.

- We accept Cash, Credit card and payment through bank
Liabilities & Limitations
- We take the responsibility of
providing the services as per the contract of the
package tours under normal circumstances only
- All tour and land arrangements
are subject to our inability to provide the same as
a result of acts of God, acts of governments or
authorities, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances,
strikes, riots, epidemics, quarantines, delays in
construction or completion of hotel or facilities or
as a result of any other causes beyond our control.
We incur no liability to provide any services
confirmed, if such inability is due to any of the
causes listed above and no refund shall be made. In
case of any additional service provided because of
above situations or flight delay/cancellations or on
request made by the clients, we would charge the
difference amount directly (unless otherwise advised
by the agent).
- We reserve rights of changing
the itinerary for smooth operations or to enhance
the guest experience. In case of alternation,
omission due to reasons beyond our control (although
every effort would be made to provide the services
as per the schedule) will not be liable for any
claims.
- We will not be held responsible
for any loss, damage, accident, death, injury etc;
of any nature
- In our Tibet and Bhutan
programs, there shall be no refund in the event of
flight schedule changes, delays or cancellations
causes shortened trips
- The costs are based on the
prevailing airfare, tax structure & entrance fees.
If there is any change, it will be charged extra.
