Established in 1984, this park is
situated in Nepals western Terai. It covers 968 sq. km.
The park offers a variety of experiences in its vast
undisturbed wilderness. The park is home to endangered
animals such as the Bengal tiger, wild elephant,
One-horned rhinoceros, swamp deer, and black buck. Other
endangered species include gharial crocodile, marsh
mugger and Gangetic dolphin, 200 species of birds and
several species of snakes can also be seen in the park.

Tentative Program
Day 01:
On your arrival at Nepalgunj Airport or Amebas Stand our
staff will receive you. You will then be transferred to
our Lodge where you will be offered refreshment and be
given a briefing on our lodge and its facilities. After
being given your programs for the day your room will
then be allocated to you.
15:00: Village tour to a nearby ethnic Tharu village
where you will learn more about the life and life style
of the Tharus.
20:00: Dinner
Day 02:
06:00: Wake up call
06:00: Breakfast
07:00: Elephant ride (for an hour), an excellent
opportunity to get the lifetime experience on the
elephant back and to see the wildlife of the Park. Visit
to visitor Center, Crocodile Breeding Center and Tharu
Cultural Museum.
13:00: Lunch
15:00: Jungle Walk. An excellent opportunity to see the
wild animals, small mammals, birds and waits in the
tower (Machan) to have the wild sightseeing, accompanied
by our experienced naturalists and wild life tracker.
Excellent photographic opportunities are plentiful.
20:00: Dinner
Day 03:
06:00: Wake up call
06:00: Breakfast
07:30: Tiger Tracking and Bird Watching. An excellent
opportunity to see a Royal Bengal tiger and a great many
species of birds found in Bardia.
13:00: Lunch
14:30: Jeep Drive. An excellent opportunity to see wild
animals and you will also encounter many other smaller
mammals that have made Bardia their home.
20:00: Dinner
Day 04:
05:30: Wake up call
06:00: Breakfast
06:30: Drive to Rafting point
09:00: Rafting start. It is wild sightseeing Rafting,
this program has been introduce to show you the wildlife
from the different part of the park, will be stopped in
more then 3/4 places and will be taken inside the jungle
for the wildlife. An excellent opportunity of bird
watching, Pack lunch will be provided.
20:00: Dinner

07.00: Visit to Karnali River for Dolphin Sightseeing.
12.30: Lunch
13.30: Departure for onward journey. |
