This trip generally involves an average of 4 – 5 hours slow but steady walk in a day. This rating is for less than 7 days walk below 3500 meters.

Ghorepani Poonhill trek takes to the top of the Poonhill nestled at the altitude of 3210 meters and that amazes with the stunning views of the stunning peaks Mt. Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre, Nilgiri, Lamjung on the line. Early morning, a 1-hour ascending hike to Poonhill from Ghorepani grants moments to relish on the dazzling vision of the sunrise above towering snow-clad peaks.

Ghorepani Poonhill trek is perfect for novice trekkers as well as trekkers with the passion to experience and thrill on the rapturous beauty of the sparkling snow-covered peaks playing hide and seek with golden sun rays but due to time limitation cannot engage on the long and scenic trek to the Himalayan region. Apart from the breathtaking vision of the snowy peaks, trek stuns with seducing natural wonders en route comprising shimmering streams, dense oak, and rhododendron forest, patchwork valleys along with cultural glories of the classic Nepalese villages including Ghandruk; a small village inhabited by ethnic Gurung community popular for the rich culture and friendly hospitality.

Though Ghorepani Poonhill is a tea house trek, our camping trek is threaded through the trail that captures the wilderness of the region along with the safety of the guests.
