    Moderate trekking involves 5 – 6 hours a day walking at a steady pace below 4000 meters for around 10 days trekking trip.

Women trek is best for the females who want to engage on the trek with female counterparts along with the assistance of the women guide who is well aware of the strength, stamina, issues of the females along with being quite familiar with the locality. Women trek meanders through low altitude culturally adorned villages, forests, rolling hills marveling with amazing natural scenery along with cultural richness.

Women trek threads through the trail that encircles Kathmandu valley taking you to Kakani, Shivpuri, Chisopani, Nagarkot from where enjoy the breathtaking glimpses of the stunning snow-clad peaks including Langtang range, Ganesh Himal, Jugal Himal witnessing the lifestyle of the local women who will be motivated with your adventurous journey and life journey. As well as trekkers get insights into the life struggle of the Nepalese women so that women empowerment campaigns can be held with cross-cultural experience which is the main aim of the trek.

    Arrival in Kathmandu-Overnight at hotel
  • Day 2
    Kathmandu – Kakani drive and trek to Shivapuri – Overnight at Tent (2,732m)
  • Day 3
    Shivpuri- Bagdwar trek (4 hours) - Overnight at tent.
  • Day 4
    Bagdwar-Chisopani- Jhule (3 hours)-Overnight at the tent.
  • Day 5
    Jhule- Nagarkot- drive to Kathmandu (5 hours trek and 2 hours drive)-Overnight at the hotel.
  • Day 6
    Free day with the special experience of cooking class.

  • Day 1
    Arrival in Kathmandu-Overnight at hotel

    Meet our representative upon arrival in Kathmandu- the hub of a very rich culture, art, and tradition. After reaching, check-in at the hotel and spend the rest of the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.

  • Day 2
    Kathmandu – Kakani drive and trek to Shivapuri – Overnight at Tent (2,732m)

    Breakfast at your hotel. Then, just a one hour drive to Kakani and the start of the trek following undulating trail running amid rhododendron forest to reach Shivpuri taking almost 3 hours. Overnight at a tent.

  • Day 3
    Shivpuri- Bagdwar trek (4 hours) - Overnight at tent.

    Breakfast at the hotel. Then, the trek from Shivpuri stepping stony steps for 3 hours to reach Deurali then follows the downhill trail for the 1 hour to reach Bagdwar. Overnight at a tent.

  • Day 4
    Bagdwar-Chisopani- Jhule (3 hours)-Overnight at the tent.

    Breakfast at the hotel. Today’s initial trek will be on the uphill trail for 2 hours to reach Chisopani danda then trek for 1 hour on the flat route to reach Jhule. Overnight at the tent.

  • Day 5
    Jhule- Nagarkot- drive to Kathmandu (5 hours trek and 2 hours drive)-Overnight at the hotel.

    Breakfast at the hotel. We trek on the zigzag path for 3 hours to reach Kartike danda then catch a gradually uphill route to reach Nagarkot taking 2 hours. And from Nagarkot return drive to Kathmandu.

  • Day 6
    Free day with the special experience of cooking class.

    Today is the free day and you will have the fun of cooking Nepalese cooking class with the guidance of experienced and trained women cook.

  • Day 7
    Departure

    We will drive you to the airport for departure according to the scheduled flight.
